How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders allow you to pay for an item you want ahead of its release date.

Orders that are pre-ordered will be dispatched just before the day of release ensuring you get yours as soon as possible.

You absolutely can! Just get in contact with our customer support team at help@umfies.com with your order number and we'll get in touch.

Shipping

What are your delivery times?

For Australian orders we use Australia Post or Couriers Please.

For International orders we use DHL International.

For our Australian customers you can expect your parcel to arrive within 3-10 business days from when it leaves our warehouse.

For everywhere else, your order may take up to 14 business days to arrive from when it leaves our warehouse.

If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with our delivery partners.

If you have opted in for a safe drop delivery with our delivery partners, please note that we do not take responsibility for the package.

Due to COVID-19 we, unfortunately, cannot offer free shipping for the rest of the world and delivery times may be extended during these times.

Please note, each country may impose their own taxes or duties once the product is to be collected by the customer.
